Lecture notes week 7

In the handwritten lecture notes there is a typo: in the example of steering control with velocity scheduling, the linearized matrix $A_{d}$ has a unique nonzero entry that is equal to $v_{r}$ and not to 1. The other following derivations need to be corrected accordingly!
