In Problem number 2, the nyquist plot of transfer function number 2 (kp=.05, ki=1) presents some issues, in particular the amnyquist vs nyquist outcomes are different. This is most likely due to the pole at the origin. To determine stability of the closed loop system we suggest that you do not use nyquist for this specific transfer function, but rather check the poles of the closed loop system.
