- A: Write a GOTCHA charts, go onto bugzilla,...
- Q: Is this project a mod of alice, or new system?
- A: Same car, but almost everything else is going to have to change. We have an autonomous car
- Q: Any other meetings this week?
- A: None, except for courses (EE/CS 148, etc)
- Q: Can undergrads do research projects?
- A: Yes! If nothing else, CDS 190, but start with advisor
- Q: CS 11, Multi-threaded programming, what are pre-reqs?
- A: Have to know how to program in C++
- Q: Should we email you about what options we're interested in?
- A: put this on the interest sheet; talk to RMM if tracks don't fit
- Q: Frosh not taking ME 75--what can we do?
- A: Come to team meetings; take course if you can! Get the credit!
- Q: How much additional time with linked course?
- A: No additional time. Reality: will take a little more time to do implementation than just theory.
- Q: does 75 count for design project?
- A: In ME, 75 counts as a bunch of stuff, in EE counts as some stuff, in CS counts as some stuff, SHOULD BE EXPLICIT IN COURSE CATALOG; for ME/EE/CS this typically counts as plenty for project; for CNS/BIO/PH it can be hacked. Faculty typically supportive.
