The calendar below show's Richard Murray's scheduled travel plus teaching and group meeting schedule.

Note: My public calendar just shows travel days, group meetings and teaching. Times that are listed as free may be booked with other meetings and events that I don’t show on my public calendar. So just use this as a rough guide for days when I am likely to be in town.

Home (orange)

  • Days marked as "teaching" are days that I have to be in Pasadena.
  • Group and subgroup meetings are typically difficult to move, but not impossible.
  • Thesis defenses and candidacy exams are typically arranged months in advanced and can't be rescheduled.
  • My assistant doesn't have access to my detailed schedule; just send e-mail directly to me.

Away (blue)

  • For trips and travel, I am not in Pasadena unless otherwise noted. I usually list when I leave/arrive on trips that start or end on a day adjacent to what is listed.
  • For scheduling exams, it is best to send me a few days when your committee and I are all available, then I will send you back a list of times that work.
