Problem 2.c observer state plot

Q: In Problem 2.c it is asked to plot the observer state with a certain initial condition, but $u$ is not known. What is one supposed to do?

A: It is possible to either plot the observer state with $u=0$ and the given initial conditions, or plot the state estimation error (here you do not need to know the input), with the same initial conditions
